Somewhere deep from the shadows they come. No, out of somewhere beyond the shadows that we know. Somewhere here, in this world, but not even the darkest corners of the most desolate, forgotten rooms or the darkest cracks in the walls of catacombs, or these cracks between these sandstone bricks that encase us in this hell. These spirits crawl out of places beyond our reach, or the reach of our own spirits. They come out of places that creep their black tendrils into our reality, places so remote, cursed and unseen that not even the dead ever spoke of them. They’re spawned out of malice itself.

about

Set in a universe of its own, this album explores the realm of Urm, the city of Lenet which lies at the coast of the Niadian sea, the forgotten catacombs below it, a myth of godly creation and relics of ascension.

This album is a stylistic follow-up to Ea and Ritual Remuneration, all of which are an experimentation on an alternative style of dungeon synth that I so long for - and like to call - catacomb synth.

Tracks 1, 2 and 10 have alternative cover arts set as their Track Art.
Track 9 contains the myth - Revelation of Melesh - as its Track art.

All music, vocals, art and writing were done by me (Rog) except for the vocal intro to track 9 - for which I give special thanks to my dear friend Sharkey who had given quite a bit of his time and advice during the making of this album.

The album is also on my YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FiLZelYC8o
